FocusDude (“we”, “us”) is the personal consulting practice of Scott Gerke and operates focusdude.com. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

Website checker. If you run our free website check, we receive the website address you enter and, if you choose to unlock the full report, your email address. The check itself runs on infrastructure operated by eezyRank, our related company, and your email is stored there as a business lead so we can follow up about your results.

How we use your information

We use the website address to run your report. We use your email to send you the report and to follow up about how we can help with your site. We do not sell your information.

Who can see it

Your email and scan results are stored with eezyRank, our related company that runs the checking engine. Our sites run on hosting and database providers that store data on our behalf. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your choices

Email us at scott@focusdude.com to see, correct, or delete anything you have submitted. If you unlocked a report and do not want follow-up, say so and we will stop.

Children

This site is for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If our practices change, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
